Sanjai has worked within the insurance services sector since 1986, starting his professional life as as assistant in a small brokerage in West London.
In 1987, Sanjai moved to a larger brokerage where he stayed until 2000. During his time with the brokerage, he continued to expand his knowledge and experience of the insurance sector and within his first year of joining the firm, he was promoted to Head of Personal Lines. In 1993 he was promoted again, this time taking on the formidable role as a Director, where he had a vital role running day-to-day operations.
In 2000, he and two colleagues established Insurance Solutions.
Sanjia’s key strengths include his knowledge of Personal Lines insurance, from underwriting through to claims, his finely tuned negotiating skills, his loyalty to the IS Group and its future development and his ability to foster long-term client relationships.
Sanjai is married to Deepika and has 2 children. Outside of his busy working day he is a family man and his hobbies include golf, rugby and skiing. He enjoys socialising and travelling and when possible likes to include his chidren in the sports he participates in.
